Photographer wanted.
Morning. I'm creating a short list of San Francisco Bay Area photographers that would be willing to barter for their services for an evening's work.

I need a set of photos for Right Bastard, to showcase RB's custom design product. It would involve shooting approx. 6-8 models, indoors, wearing black clothing, using a drop cloth for background. I'd be looking for images that are equally portrait and product-oriented; Lithium Picnic's work is a good example of the type of images I have in mind. It would be dreamy if we could end up with 3-4 good shots of each model.
In exchange, I can pony up $250 worth of Right Bastard product (Translation: 2 pairs of custom bondage pants), a 20% product discount on RB for six months, pizza and cider, and photography credit on the site.
Time frame would be in three to four weeks. All comments are screened, so feel free to post any questions, or links to your portfolio.

As someone who just did a massive fashion shoot with 6 - 8 models, you should know that it's going to be a lot harder and more time-consuming than you think.

I suggest you plan on an 8 hour day, not just an evening. (Of course, maybe you're shooting a lot less product than my client, in which case you're still going to underestimate, but it won't be 14 hours... I hope. I was also shooting film + polaroids, a little slower than digital.)

Sorry it took this long to get back to you, but I was, in fact, attacked by an insane urge to restructure my entire site. It's been going swimmingly, but it's also eaten up pretty much all of my concentration for a week or so. I'd love it if our schedules happened to coincide in such a way as to allow us to hammer something out; I've always admired your dedication to your art, and I'd always prefer to work with a friend. You should keep me informed as to your schedule, and just be aware that mine is so instupidly flexible right now that I really won't have any idea when I'll be ready until I am. :)

Life, love, hammering out a relationship with a beautiful, awkward girl. Getting done with S.F., spending every free moment either working for pennies in dead-end temp jobs or meticulously crafting plans for my future empire.
